Need help with Jai Club? There are two very different things people mean by “contact”. Account problems — a stuck deposit, a withdrawal under review, a login that will not accept your password — can only be solved by the platform’s own support team, reached from inside the app. Questions about this website are answered by us. Mixing the two up is how most people end up talking to a scammer.
Where Genuine Jai Club Support Lives
Start inside your account whenever you can. The in-app channel already knows who you are, so it is faster and far safer than any outside contact.
- In-app support. Sign in to the app or mobile site and open the support, customer service or help option from your account menu.
- Official channels linked from the app. If the app links to a community or announcement channel, open it from that link — not from a search result or a forwarded invite.
- This guide. Write to [email protected] about anything on this website. We cannot access accounts or payments.
Which Channel for Which Problem
| Channel | Who runs it | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| In-app support | The platform | Login, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, gift code errors |
| Channels linked inside the app | The platform | Announcements and general questions |
| [email protected] | This independent guide | Corrections and questions about our pages |
| Numbers in comments, ads or DMs | Unknown — assume scammers | Nothing. Do not call or reply |
Reply times depend on the platform’s queue and are not something this guide can promise. If a ticket goes quiet, add to the same conversation rather than opening several new ones.
Fake Customer Care Numbers: How the Scam Works
Searches for a “customer care number” are a favourite target. Scammers post phone or WhatsApp numbers in video comments, review sites and paid ads, then wait for a worried player to call. The script is predictable: they ask for your registered number, then the OTP “to verify you”, then suggest a screen-sharing app “to fix the withdrawal”, and finally a fee to “release” the payment. Each step hands them more control of your account or your bank. Genuine support needs none of it.
- Never share an OTP, password or UPI PIN with anyone.
- Never install a screen-sharing or remote-access app at a stranger’s request.
- Never pay a fee to unlock a withdrawal or an account.
What to Include in Your Message
A complete first message often means a one-reply fix. Try to include:
- Your registered mobile number (never your password).
- The date and time the problem happened.
- The game or transaction involved, plus the order or reference number from your history.
- A screenshot of any error message you saw.
Support will never ask for your password or OTP. Genuine staff will not request your full password, a one-time code or a card PIN, and will never ask you to move money to a “safe” account. If you think someone already got into your account, follow the account lock-down steps first, then contact support.
